Never let another reservation ring out into voicemail.
Stafff picks up every call, every WhatsApp, every Instagram DM the moment it comes in — books tables, takes takeout orders, answers allergen and hours questions in your voice. Even at 11pm on a Saturday.
0/day
calls missed by an average independent restaurant
An average independent restaurant misses 22 calls a day.
Every one of those calls is a table you didn't book, a takeout order you didn't take, or a customer who just dialed the next pizza place on the list. Your servers are busy. Your hostess is at the door. The phone keeps ringing.
Four flows you'll ship today.
Late-night reservation
Saturday 10:43pm. You're closing the kitchen. The phone rings — it's a four-top trying to book for next Friday.
- 01Stafff answers in your business voice, identifies the request as a reservation.
- 02Checks your OpenTable / Resy / Google Calendar availability in real time.
- 03Books the table, confirms by SMS, sends the diner a calendar invite.
- 04Logs the reservation to your dashboard with the diner's name + phone number.
Takeout order through WhatsApp
A regular DMs your WhatsApp Business at 7pm: 'Two large margheritas, gluten-free crust on one, for 8:30 pickup, under Maya.'
- 01Stafff parses the order, confirms gluten-free is available, quotes the price.
- 02Routes the ticket to your POS (Toast, Square, or Stafff's webhook).
- 03Sends Maya a confirmation with the ETA and a paid-on-pickup or Stripe link.
- 04Pings the kitchen via Slack with the order line.
Menu + allergen questions in DM
A first-timer DMs your Instagram: 'Do you have anything vegan? And is the pasta nut-free?' You're in the weeds during dinner service.
- 01Stafff answers from your trained menu PDF — only what's actually on it.
- 02Flags allergens with the standard 'kitchen may contain' caveat you wrote.
- 03Offers to book the diner a table, or send the full menu PDF.
- 04If unsure, takes a message and notifies you in the dashboard.
Outbound: fill empty Tuesday slots
It's 2pm Tuesday and you're showing 40% open for tonight. Stafff runs a TCPA-compliant SMS campaign to your opted-in list with a 10%-off code.
- 01Stafff scrubs the list against DNC, respects calling hours, deduplicates regulars.
- 02Sends the offer with a single-tap booking link.
- 03Each reply is handled inline — bookings go straight to the floor plan.
- 04You see fill-rate and conversion live in the dashboard.

The stuff owners ask before they sign up.
Will my regulars know it's an AI?
Only if you want them to. You can have Stafff introduce itself transparently or just answer in your business voice. Most owners start transparent, then dial it back as the bot gets sharper at handling the long tail of weird requests.
Does Stafff handle reservations through OpenTable?
Yes. Stafff reads your real-time availability and books directly through OpenTable, Resy, Google Calendar, or any reservation system with a webhook.
What about food allergens?
Stafff only answers from your trained menu and the allergen language you provide — and defaults to the standard 'kitchen may contain' caveat for anything ambiguous. You can also tell Stafff to escalate any allergy mention to a human.
Can Stafff take orders straight to my POS?
Yes — Toast, Square, and any POS with a public API or webhook. If your POS doesn't have one, Stafff prints the ticket to a kitchen printer or routes it via Slack.
Will this work for a multi-location chain?
Yes. Each location gets its own Stafff agent with its own knowledge, hours, and number — but you manage all of them from one dashboard, with consolidated reporting.
